City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposals No. 18‐11‐02 24 <br />SECTION 5 <br />Evaluation Process <br />5.1 Review of Proposals For Responsiveness <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the <br />submission requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is <br />one which follows the requirements of this solicitation that includes all <br />documentation, is submitted in the format outlined in this solicitation, is of timely <br />submission, and has the appropriate signatures as required on each document. <br />Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the proposal being <br />deemed non-responsive. Proposals received without addendum <br />acknowledgement may be considered non-responsive. The contract will be <br />awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal best <br />serves the interest of and represents the best value to the City in conformity with <br />section 62-8 of the City code. <br />5.2 Qualifications <br />Proposals will be evaluated on the criteria listed below. <br />Technical Qualifications <br />1. Proposer’s relevant experience, qualifications and past performance <br />2.Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key <br />personnel of subcontractors that will be assigned to this project and <br />experience and qualifications of subcontractors <br />3.Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this <br />solicitation <br />4.Proposed solution functionality, implementation and other objectives and <br />requirements as stated <br />5. Financial Background <br />6. Agency Billings <br />Price <br />1. Proposer’s proposed price
