58CES Consultants ● City of Sunny Isles Beach RFQ No. 18-11-01 <br />STANDARD FORM 330 (REV 8/2016)  PAGE F-1 <br />Scope of Work <br />The City of Miami Beach is installing three <br />pump stations, a new water line, drainage <br />structures, roadway reconstruction and <br />hardscape features in one of Miami Beach’s <br />most affluent neighborhoods, Palm and <br />Hibiscus Islands. <br />Public Information services include <br />obtaining license agreements for driveway <br />harmonization, water meter conversion <br />agreements and ongoing coordination with <br />hundreds of Miami Beach residents. <br />The PIO team was responsible for obtaining <br />over 200 signed water meter conversion <br />agreements and over 100 property <br />harmonization agreements. In addition, <br />works with the community on a daily basis <br />to communicate ongoing construction <br />activities. <br />We are tasked with the distribution of <br />weekly community updates, scheduling and <br />attending field meetings, maintaining daily <br />call and inquiry logs and developing project <br />information. <br />This project is one of the first sea level rise <br />mitigation improvement projects in Miami <br />Beach and will be reference when <br />implementing future infrastructure <br />improvement projects. <br />F.
