<br />CES CONSULTANTS, INC. (CES) is a full-service engineering firm founded in 2001. The firm,
<br />which is minority-owned, provides professional engineering services to municipal and private
<br />sector clients. Since the firm’s inception, CES personnel have been involved in some of the largest
<br />infrastructure improvement projects in Florida. The company’s professional staff has experience in
<br />the areas of Civil Engineering, Water & Wastewater Design, Roadway, Grading and Drainage Design,
<br />Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Program Management, Construction
<br />Management, Project Control, Cost Control, Estimating, Inspection Services, Permitting Services,
<br />QA/QC, Primavera Scheduling, and Owner Representation.
<br />Our company is comprised of a team of approximately 100 professionals who have worked
<br />together on a variety of successful projects, amassing a consistent and proven record of excellent
<br />performance. Not only does CES bring clients’ plans to life, but it also exceeds their expectations.
<br />In the public arena, the firm provides ongoing municipal engineering and construction services for
<br />many communities and agencies: Miami-Dade County Aviation Department, Miami-Dade County
<br />Water & Sewer Department, Miami-Dade County Public Works Department, City of Miami Beach,
<br />City of Miramar, City of Homestead, City of Ft. Lauderdale, South Florida Water Management District,
<br />Broward County Housing Authority, and the Town of Palm Beach, among others.
<br />To date, the company has helped many clients navigate the complex study and approval processes
<br />that must be completed prior to the design and construction of small-and-large-scale municipal,
<br />county, state, federal and private improvement projects and developments. Its consistent on-time,
<br />on-budget delivery of projects has enabled CES to retain its client pool and receive repeat business

<br />Civil Engineering
<br />CES has full in-house capabilities to provide civil engineering services, infrastructure and utility
<br />design, construction observation, and construction management services for a variety of public and
<br />private projects for multi-use and single-purpose and/or community improvement developments.
<br />CES has participated in important infrastructure projects for numerous governmental agencies,
<br />including Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, City of Orlando, Broward County, JEA, City
<br />of Miami Beach, the City of Miramar, the South Florida Water Management District, the Florida
<br />Department of Transportation, and others. The CES Staff has extensive experience in the design and
<br />construction administration of water and sewer utility projects ranging from 6”- to 96”-diameter
<br />piping networks, pump stations, master planning and drainage modeling. Our professional staff
<br />also brings considerable experience with roadway improvements, site development, parks and
<br />recreational facilities, stormwater management improvements, airport-related projects, program
<br />management, and commercial and industrial facilities.
<br />The company furnishes services ranging from Feasibility Studies and Preliminary Engineering
<br />Reports to Design and Construction Management.
