The project required analysis of existing conditions and systems and design of a unique solution to fit the neighborhood. Ms. Martinetti was also project manager of the Halladale Beach NE Quadrant drainage project which installed two duplex pump stations, 15 pressurized wells and improvements to the collection system as well as other CGA pump station projects. The Meadowbrook Drainage Project was a successful rehabilitation of the City's stormwater pump station and its emergency power system. <br />Nicholas Mahon, PEMr. Mahon has 11 years of engineering experience and has worked on multi-disciplinary, design-bid, and design-bid-build projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southern regions. Mr. Mahon’s design experience includes site development, ADA accessibility, stormwater management, utility design, roadway deign, comprehensive master plans and investigations of storm and sanitary systems. His roadway design experience includes extensive utility coordination for complete streets projects including milling and resurfacing, widening, reconstruction, ADA upgrades, drainage improvements, signing and pavement markings, traffic control plans, and stormwater pollution prevention control plans. <br />Mr. Mahon is currently project manager for a LAP project for the City of Oakland Park adding landscaped medians, bike lanes, and widening sidewalks to enhance the Andrews Avenue corridor. He is also the PM for the Tamarac Bike Lanes LAP projects and the Davie Road Phase 1 County CIGP and Phase 2 L AP projects, both of which provided major corridor enhancements on this major thoroughfare for the Town of Davie. Sidewalks were widening, bike lanes and landscaped medians were added, and traffic signals upgraded as part of the 1.4 miles of roadway’s multimodal improvements. Mr. Mahon has extensive neighborhood improvement civil engineering experience. <br />HYDRAULIC ENGINEERING <br />Mohammed Sharifuzzaman, PEMr. Sharifuzzaman has more than 13 years of professional experience in civil, environmental, and transportation engineering with specialization in hydraulics and hydrologic modeling (H&H), surface water management system design, drainage basin/watershed modeling and floodplain analysis, master drainage study, conceptual/master surface water <br />management system design, stormwater pump station design, stormwater retrofit projects, nutrient loading analysis (TMDL calculations), Stormwater Treatment Area (STA) design, FDOT roadway drainage design, and bridge hydraulics. His extensive experience includes roadway projects including new construction, widening and reconstruction, RRR and safety improvement projects, and PD&E studies. Mr. Sharifuzzaman has worked extensively with permitting agencies including the Broward County Environmental Protection and Growth Management (BCEPGM), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), various municipalities, and counties. His trusted reputation with the permitting agencies has produced a long list of successful and profitable projects. <br />Mr. Sharifuzzaman successfully designed and permitted the drainage systems for the improvements to the Rickenbacker Causeway’s expansion as well as the Lloyd Estates Drainage Pump Station Project, and Hallandale Beach SW Drainage Improvements project, all of which included environmental permitting with more than one agency as well as the local municipality. The projects also required H&H reports for design and permitting of the improvements. <br />Rainier Gonzalez, EIMr. Gonzalez has over two years of civil engineering experience in stormwater, roadway, water, and wastewater projects in the South Florida area complimented by a year of experience in construction. Mr. Gonzalez also has two years of internship experience in civil design, and earned his Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification in August of 2015. Mr. Gonzalez has spear-headed CGA’s utility coordination process by creating and managing the utility matrix, assisting in project conflict table creation and design solutions, permitting assistance and construction administration and bidding assistance such as bid evaluations, responses to RFI’s, plan submittal reviews, and pay requisitions. Mr. Gonzalez is also a qualified Stormwater Management Inspector. Mr. Gonzalez has led the utility coordination for numerous recent roadway projects as well as stormwater and water/sewer upgrade projects. <br />14
