Similar Project Experience <br />The Pump Station 0437 is located at 19091 NW 62nd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33015. The project consists of furnishing <br />all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to upgrade Sewage Pump Station, providing uninterrupted by-pass <br />pumping capabilities for the existing pump station flow during all construction times and until the new pump station <br />is completely operational and accepted by the Owner; demolition of existing force mains; partial demolition of the <br />existing pump station, piping, valve, fittings, ventilation system (supply and exhaust fans), water seal system, etc; <br />furnish and install new dual 60 HP Yeomans Pumps, fittings, equipment, hardware, and appurtenances for the new <br />discharge and emergency connection; connection to existing 12-inch force main; furnish and install new control panel, <br />main disconnect, dry type transformer, power and control conduits and wiring, and the required mounting structures. <br />Furnish and install disconnect switch, new dry type transformer, electrical panel inside the existing generator room <br />and a replace the electrical service feeder to the proposed pump station. <br />The Nautilus Neighborhood includes all of the area from Surprise Lake to the south end of the 41st Street right-of-way, <br />and from Biscayne Bay east to the Indian Creek waterway, inclusive of the Orchard Park sub-neighbor- hood. The area <br />is generally comprised of single-family residential streets with some pockets of multi-family uses. Major institutional <br />uses include Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami Heart Institute, Nautilus Middle School, and North Beach Elementary <br />School. Arthur Godfrey Road (41st Street), a State roadway, is a major commercial corridor to the southern border of <br />this neighborhood. Alton Road is a state minor arterial on the west side. The improvements to the stormwater system <br />were limited to the three priority drainage basins (92, 97 & 99) identified in the City of Miami Beach Stormwater <br />Management Master Plan for the Nautilus Neighborhood.
