APCTE’s workforce and availability is high at this time since we are just finishing a big project which will be done prior to us obtaining the NTP for this project. We currently have 12 dedicated personnel in our Water Resources Department, 13 dedicated personnel in our Civil/Highway Department, 10 dedicated personnel in our Electrical, Lighting Department, 5 dedicated personnel in our Structural Department and 17 dedicated personnel in our Construction Engineering and Inspection Services Department.
