A&P CONSULTING TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS, CORP. <br />GOLDEN SHORES PUMP STATION REHABILITATION (CCNA) <br />RFQ 18-11-01 <br />3 <br />required disciplines for this type of contract, including: Surveying, Geotechnical Investigation, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Hydraulic Engineering. Our Team is also capable of assisting the City in the procurement process and will provide Construction Administration and Inspection Services during the execution of this project. Our in-depth understanding of the City’s stormwater system and unmatched technical experience in the permitting process facilitates our streamlined approach to evaluate the entire drainage system serving the Golden Shores Neighborhood. We will assign our best engineers to develop technical solutions that meet the challenges of this project. The experience of the proposed task leaders of our team is summarized below: <br />Mr. Arnelio Alfonso, P.E., will serve as Project Manager. Mr. Alfonso has over 32 years of experience in stormwater management design and has successfully designed several complex stormwater pumping systems. <br />Mr. Antonio G. Acosta, P.E., C.G.C., will serve as Principal-in-Charge for the project. He will be responsible for the allocation of resources and ensuring that a quality product is delivered on time and within budget. <br />Ms. Angela Baron-Ruiz, P.E., will serve as Drainage Engineer for the rehabilitation of the drainage system and as a permit coordinator. Ms. Baron-Ruiz has also 10 years of experience in stormwater management system. <br />Mr. Eduardo Martinez, P.E., will serve as Electrical Engineer. Mr. Martinez has 39 years of experience as Electrical Engineer of several pump station projects as well as several projects for South/North/Central Miami Dade Waste Water Treatment Plants desgined at APCTE. <br />Mr. Osmany Alfonso, P.E., will oversee the Structural Design required for the pump station improvements. Mr. Alfonso has 22 years of experience in the structural engineering field and has been the Structural Engineer of Record for the design of several of the pump station projects designed at APCTE. <br />Mr. Lazaro Ferrero, P.E., will serve as Drainage Engineer for the stormwater pump station. Mr. Ferrero has also 32 years of experience in stormwater management system design and has been the Engineer of Record for the design of several of the drainage projects at APCTE. <br />Mr. Erik Sibila, P.E., M.S.C.E, C.G.C., will be in charge of the Construction Management of the project. Mr. Sibila has 14 years in the Construction Administration Field in major drainage and infrastructure projects, including several pump stations. <br />Our experience demonstrates that we meet the qualifications that are essential to overcome the challenges of the proposed improvements of the Golden Shores Pump Station Rehabilitation.
