All <br />improvements were shown from Right of Way to Right of Way. Longitude established location of trees, rim, top and <br />invert elevations of all existing sanitary sewers’ manholes, pump wet and dry wells, sanitary sewer lines, drainage <br />culverts, manholes and catch basins and grate elevations, diameter of the wet/dry well and valve vault dimensions. <br />Location of project site perimeter, driveway and station service/staging area corners (including finished grade low and <br />high points) with elevations. <br />25.
