Within this corddor, design an additional 10' <br />secured service corridor mid -way, which will cut thru the underside oflre ramp po ion <br />of the parking garage. Provide Handicap accessibility and egress from street sidewalk area to all enclosed areas <br />of the parking garage. <br />23. Create sidewalk access on the North side of parking garage to pedestrian bridge and <br />park/playground area. <br />25. Provide gated fence area on the East side of parking garage allowing for the closure of <br />the park, leaving the egress going in and out of the parking garage /enclosed area open <br />at all times. <br />26. Provide Office space similar to the original design. <br />27. Provide all other enclosed areas of the original design on this design as allowed and any <br />remaining usable space under the ramp for storage <br />28. Provide future concession stand area similar to the original design. as the one <br />29. Create facade on North/East/South side of the garage. (Not a screen type <br />used on Heritage parking garage) <br />30. Solid crash wall/security barrier on top deck sloped or angled with no eyebrows for <br />sitters. <br />31. Building to have fire sprinkler system throughout. <br />32. Provide enclosed Dumpster/ Trash room on the North side, near the service corridor. <br />33.
