In addition, through our Global Services <br />Portal (GSP), you will have access to account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This portal <br />serves as an information hub to streamline asset management, generate robust reports, request service, and <br />manage order fulfillment via a secure and convenient website. <br />Toshiba's GSP provides flexibility to host and generate standard reports depicting information company -wide, <br />per site, or per model. Reports include equipment inventory, equipment movestswaps, up -time, usage, service <br />history, customer service ratings, and total cost of ownership, providing a single source of easily - accessible <br />data. <br />Toshiba uses a variety of data collection software to capture information volume information and trends in an <br />output fleet depending on the customer's IT capabilities and network infrastructure. Toshiba can utilize <br />FMAudit to discover and audit all of networked printers. FMAudit Viewer records meter reads for prints, <br />copies, faxes, and scans, in addition to serial numbers, toner coverage and much more. FM Audit Viewer may <br />be run from any network - connected PC. All print devices are automatically discovered on the network without <br />any configuration required. Enterprise level installations are supported, with the ability to audit 1,000's of <br />networked devices within minutes. The heart of the FMAudit system is the Central server. <br />FMAudit Central is a data repository and customer portal used for the collection and consolidation of <br />automated meters, status, and service alerts from FMAudit Onsite. You can leverage this information to <br />provide better service while increasing the accuracy and timeliness of information. <br />FM Audit is included in our offering at no additional cost. Toshiba can also work with you to develop ad -hoc <br />reports to meet any specific reporting needs. <br />Toshiba can provide solutions to allow charge back costs on MFD usage to the customer's end users. Toshiba <br />Equipment are capable of facilitating "charge back" models through the integrated device diagnostic <br />utilityfTopAccess. Each Toshiba device provides basic tracking of copies, prints, faxes and scans. Toshiba <br />will access this information via the web, download in .csv format and import into Excel. Any costing <br />information with this solution would need to be maintained and tabulated manually. When client codes are <br />enforced at the MFD LCD or via the print driver, this information is tracked and can be downloaded as well. <br />Additionally, through our remote meter collection software/FM Audit, we are able to retrieve such information <br />from networked devices that are SNMP- enabled for billing and charge back purposes. Both of these options <br />are available at no additional cost. <br />Toshiba also offers a client -based document audit tool /Print Audit. This audit tool captures every print from <br />each workstation regardless of whether the connectivity is local or networked. The software will capture 23 <br />different variables including what was printed, where the job originated etc. With the available option of adding <br />Print Audit Recovery, a print accounting module of this suite, every step of the chargeback process is <br />automated allowing administrators flexible costing options in adjusting variables such as paper size, color <br />usage, duplexing, and finishing options for maximum cost recovery <br />Print Audit can be as visible or invisible as required, integrating customizable pop -ups for re- routing large print <br />jobs to the most cost effective device. Its reporting capabilities are extensive, allowing an administrator to view <br />usage by any of the metrics captured, in easy to view management style reports.
