<br />Mr. Crews, with over 24 years of experience, has been design and field engineer on various projects in the held of
<br />structural and civil engineering. Mr. Crews' civil experience has included the preparation of utility relocation plans,
<br />drainage analysis, development of traffic control, and stormwater pollution prevention plans. Mr. Crews also has extensive
<br />design, construction inspection, and administration experience in all types of building structures. Mr. Crews' bridge
<br />experience includes both the designs of new structures as well as rehabilitation of existing structures. This experience has
<br />included casFin- place, AASHTO girders, Repair and inspection of steel bridges, box culverts, and rehabilitation of Bascule
<br />bridges and tender house facilities. Mr. Crews has also inspected and rehabilitated historic bridges such as the bridges
<br />along the Venetian Causeway in Biscayne Bay.

<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Miami Beach Design Criteria for Sunset Island 3, Sunset
<br />Island 4, Palm Island, and Hibiscus Island', Miami
<br />Beach, Florida
<br />Design Criteria Professional and Project Manager for the
<br />preparation of design-build criteria packages including design
<br />development plans. This project was a full reconstruction project
<br />of Sunset Island 3, Sunset Island 4, Palm Island, and Hibiscus
<br />Island. The scope of work includes drainage, roadway, water,
<br />sewer, landscaping, lighting, and undergrounding of utilities
<br />jFPL, A IT and Comcastj. Project also includes cost estimating,
<br />maintenance of traffic, scheduling, storm water pollution
<br />prevention, permitting, and construction management.

<br />Sunset Drive Bridge Replacement between Sunset Islands
<br />No. 18 2, FDOT District 6•
<br />Project Engineer far replacement of an existing ten span, 250
<br />foot bridge with a two lane seven span cast -in -place continuous
<br />concrete slab bridge supported on concrete bents and 24 inch
<br />piling. Project consists of providing architectural treatment,
<br />reinforcement of bulkheads, major utility adjustments and a
<br />critical M.O.T. due to condition of existing structure. Project also
<br />includes approximately 400 linear feet of adjacent roadway
<br />requiring gravity wells for drainage.

<br />Project Engineer assigned to the bridge inspection team for
<br />inspecting ten concrete girder fixed span bridge and two
<br />bascule bridges. The in -depth bridge inspection performed on
<br />these historic bridges was for the purpose of developing our in-
<br />depth condition survey to develop preservation / rehabilitation
<br />schemes. Inspected components included structural steel on
<br />bascule leaves, superstructure and substructure elements of
<br />concrete girders, utility supports and bridge railings. Upon
<br />completion of the condition survey a recommendations report
<br />was prepared for FDOT.

<br />Senior Project Engineer / Bridge Inspection Team Leader for the
<br />m -depth inspection of this Historic 1920's Warren Pony truss
<br />swing span. The existing bridge consists of two structural steel
<br />1 12-h. long trusses. The bridge inspection consisted of
<br />developing an in -depth condition survey for preservation and
<br />strengthening of the existing bridge. The existing swing span is
<br />nonoperable.

<br />Project Manager far the redevelopment of an existing park 8
<br />pedestrian bridge for the City of Lauderdale Lakes. The project
<br />was being performed as collaboration with the Broword County
<br />School Board to provide a student drop off for a new
<br />Elementary school on an adjacent property. The project
<br />featured a 1 10' long fully, enclosed pedestrian bridge to
<br />provide access for the students across the South Florida Water
<br />Management District C -13 Canal. The project also included
<br />approximately 1500' of new roadway with additional parking,
<br />as well as several hundred feet of covered walkway for student
<br />protection. The project also included the development of a
<br />concession and restroom building for the park, as well as
<br />renovation of an existing press box structure. New sports field
<br />lighting was also provided for all of the play fields .
