<br />Mr. Clarke has over 10 years of experience on numerous roadway projects for the Florida Department of Transportation
<br />and municipalities in Miami -Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties. His experience also includes the inspection,
<br />construction, and coordination of utilities for major projects, including urban arterials, limited access facilities, and
<br />design/build projects for FDOT. He has extensive permitting experience with many of the regulatory agencies including the
<br />Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD),
<br />Department of Environmental Protection, Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Department, Department of Health, and
<br />Miami -Dade County Public Works Department. Mr. Clarke also has experience as a field inspector on water mains, pump
<br />stations, storm drainage, sanitary sewers, force mains, signals, Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Studies (SSES) and Sanitary
<br />Sewer Repair and Rehabilitation (SSRR) projects. He is proficient with various engineering software tools such as AutoCAD,
<br />AutoTURN, MathCAD, Excel, MircoStation, Graphical Information System (GIS), MicroPaver, and HEC -PAS.

<br />Engineer of Record .Old Plantation Water Control District owns
<br />and maintains an existing 2-inch fiber glass liquefied petroleum
<br />(LP) Gas line on the North side of North New River Carol. The
<br />existing LP gas line is connected to on existing 8,000 gallon
<br />above ground gas tank near Pine Island Road and an existing
<br />pump station at Nob Hill Road. The firm is in charge of design
<br />to relocate and replace approximately 5,265 IF of the existing
<br />LP gas line, the Technical Special Provisions and permitting
<br />through South Florida Water Management District.

<br />Main`, Duval County, Florida
<br />Engineer of Record. As pan of the new FDOT 1- 10 Interchange,
<br />Jacksonville Electric Authority identified approximately 5004f of
<br />84nch CIP WM, 13004f of 1 Dinch CIP WM and 1200 If of 12-
<br />inch CIP WM that required relocation. The firm developed 90%
<br />plans, technical special provisions, quantities and construction
<br />cost estimate for these water main rekzations.

<br />Engineer of Record for this D8FOM project with concessionaire
<br />Dragodos USA. The City of Sunrise Utilities Department owns
<br />and maintains an existing transmission 16 -inch Ductile Iron Pipe
<br />(DIP) Force Main (FM) facility which currently serves residents
<br />and businesses throughout the F595 corridor and is in conflict
<br />with the 1 -595 Improvements. The firm is in charge of the design
<br />to relocate approximately 1,026 IF of existing FM, the technical
<br />special provisions, quantifies, and permitting through FDOT
<br />(utility office) and Broward County Environmental.

<br />Turnpike, Design Build P3, Broward County, FDOT
<br />District 4`
<br />Senior Utility Coordinator for the proposed P3 improvements of
<br />an approximate 10 -mile section of SR 862 (1595) west of
<br />136th Street to east of the Turnpike. The project includes the
<br />coordination of conflict resolution with a total of 18 LAO
<br />facilities in the area of the project. Responsible for the design
<br />and development of Utility Adjustment Plans and cost estimates
<br />for relocation work. Responsible for producing plans
<br />specification and cost estimates for the relocation of facilities
<br />owned by the City of Sunrise and the Town of Davis, and for
<br />coordinating reimbursable agreements with all UAO facilities in
<br />the area of the project.
