' L �x .L CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT • Provide a gateway to the City • Use green and sustainable materials • Employ the highest quality standards • Stay within the allocated budget and schedule t Scope of Services Lynx Construction Management and MC Harry will provide the services necessary to design and build either the preferred option of a Pedestrian Crossing Bridge or the Secondary option of the surface level crossing. Our services will be delivered in a timely fashion with the full involvement of our local Team. Schematic Design and Site Plan Analysis During this phase we will develop the schematic design for both the surface crossing and the 1 pedestrian bridge. The design will take in to account the influences of the surrounding area including the ongoing "Gateway Park" development to ensure a compatible design and smooth construction process. We will work with the owner to ensure that all interested parties are included and there is buy -in from the Community. Design Development During the Design Development phase the plans will be further developed and the long -lead -time items will be ordered as early as possible. If a decision is made to choose the street level crossing option the permitting and civil work designs will be fast - tracked. During this phase alternates will ' be discussed to keep the project within budget. Our work is guided using the latest in LEED Principles. Our team is certified and experienced in LEED and will endeavor to design and build an environmentally compatible structure using sustainable, locally produced and recyclable materials and techniques. ' Construction Documents After the Design — Development documents are approved the final construction documents will be developed creating the drawings and specifications needed to provide a permitable, biddable 1 project. We will take the drawings to the various permitting agencies for "dry-runs' to facilitate the shortest possible permit process. The City's original budget will be respected and alternates will be proposed to keep the project in budget. We will work closely with the City to deliver the best possible value in this project.
