' L �x <br />.L CONSTRUCTION <br />MANAGEMENT <br />• Provide a gateway to the City <br />• Use green and sustainable materials <br />• Employ the highest quality standards <br />• Stay within the allocated budget and schedule <br />t Scope of Services <br />Lynx Construction Management and MC Harry will provide the services necessary to design and <br />build either the preferred option of a Pedestrian Crossing Bridge or the Secondary option of the <br />surface level crossing. Our services will be delivered in a timely fashion with the full involvement of <br />our local Team. <br />Schematic Design and Site Plan Analysis <br />During this phase we will develop the schematic design for both the surface crossing and the <br />1 pedestrian bridge. The design will take in to account the influences of the surrounding area <br />including the ongoing "Gateway Park" development to ensure a compatible design and smooth <br />construction process. We will work with the owner to ensure that all interested parties are <br />included and there is buy -in from the Community. <br />Design Development <br />During the Design Development phase the plans will be further developed and the long -lead -time <br />items will be ordered as early as possible. If a decision is made to choose the street level crossing <br />option the permitting and civil work designs will be fast - tracked. During this phase alternates will <br />' be discussed to keep the project within budget. Our work is guided using the latest in LEED <br />Principles. Our team is certified and experienced in LEED and will endeavor to design and build an <br />environmentally compatible structure using sustainable, locally produced and recyclable materials <br />and techniques. <br />' Construction Documents <br />After the Design — Development documents are approved the final construction documents will be <br />developed creating the drawings and specifications needed to provide a permitable, biddable <br />1 project. We will take the drawings to the various permitting agencies for "dry-runs' to facilitate <br />the shortest possible permit process. The City's original budget will be respected and alternates will <br />be proposed to keep the project in budget. We will work closely with the City to deliver the best <br />possible value in this project. <br />Reputation for getting the job done <br />' Our team has an excellent reputation for solving difficult problems and building our projects on- <br />time and with -in budget.
