Most <br />important is the verification of the deliverables. The detailed listing of project deliverables is contained in this <br />Statement of Work. The main quality control areas for the checkpoints are: <br />Quality Control Area <br />Establish <br />Phase <br />Execute <br />Phase <br />Project progress meetings <br />X <br />X <br />System Testing <br />X <br />Project deliverable validation <br />X <br />X <br />Project quality audit (deliverable verification) <br />X <br />X <br />Phase steering committee (deliverable approval) <br />X <br />X <br />Quality Control <br />Work Conducted <br />Project quality control focuses on monitoring project activities to help ensure that they comply with quality <br />standards and, if necessary, takes action on any deviations from the defined standard. Whenever conducting <br />work on the project, project members should ensure that they understand: <br />• Objectives of the work <br />• Expected duration of the work <br />• Project Schedule /Project Plan <br />• Reporting /Checkpoints <br />If at any point when working with a Deliverable a problem is encountered that cannot be resolved, the project <br />manager should be contacted. Before submitting any completed work, a project member should validate the <br />Deliverable in accordance with its requirements. <br />Test Procedures <br />Two test procedures are performed during the project; System Test and Full Scale Test. The involved roles, <br />nature and content of the procedures vary according to the particular test conducted. Each test procedure will <br />have a written record that confirms the results of the testing and acceptance of the solution. <br />Deliverable Validation <br />Process owners and key users will validate all project deliverables. <br />Quality Audits — Deliverable Verification <br />The E &A Project Quality Consultant, assisted by the Eustis Project Quality Owner, will conduct audits as part of <br />the quality assurance work in the project. Audits will be conducted prior to phase end. <br />Each project quality audit will focus on the Deliverables that have been completed up to the point of the audit, as <br />well as the prerequisites for the Deliverables that will be completed before the audit. <br />All Deliverables will be subject to verification as part of the quality audits, The experts, process owners and key <br />users verify the product Deliverables.
