Solutions. <br />Edmunds & Associates Software Applications Specialist — Role and Responsibilities <br />The Software Applications Specialist is assigned to the project by the Director of Support Services and works <br />under the direction of our Project Manager. <br />Responsibilities in the IVICSJ Implementation Project <br />The Specialist must: <br />• Plan for the required work: <br />• For each phase / activity, prepare a plan on how the work will be conducted <br />• For the specialist's area of responsibility, issue a schedule to the Process Owner (PO) for each phase with <br />expectations of time to be allocated to education, training and tasks to be completed before the next session <br />• Confirm for the project manager that the work has been planned <br />• Help ensure that the PO has prepared a feasible plan / schedule for PO work <br />• Conduct the work required: <br />■ Perform the work in accordance with this Statement of Work <br />■ Help ensure that Edmunds & Associates tools are used throughout the project <br />• Help ensure that the work required under this Statement of Work has been conducted and reported to the <br />project management <br />• Take part in project procedures that support exception management: <br />• Help ensure that no change request is raised within their area of project responsibility unless possible <br />options have been reviewed <br />■ Inform the project manager of all probable /actual change requests <br />■ Help ensure that no work is undertaken outside the scope of this SOW unless supported by an authorized <br />change request <br />■ Help manage and control all issues within their area of responsibility and bring all issues that cannot be <br />resolved within the area to the attention of the project manager <br />• Help ensure that work performed contributes to the project objectives and Deliverables: <br />■ Help ensure that interfaces with other processes / subprojects are clearly defined <br />• Report progress to the project manager in accordance with the defined project procedures including: <br />■ Completion of deliverables <br />■ Updating the project status reports <br />EN <br />
