Solutions. <br />Edmunds & Associates Network Engineer Consultant — Role and Responsibilities <br />The network engineer consultant is assigned to the project by Edmunds & Associates Director of IT Services and <br />works with our Director of Support Services. <br />Responsibilities in an MCSJ Implementation Project <br />• Help ensure that Edmunds & Associates products are properly installed <br />• Help establish a technical environment together with the City of Eustis system administrator <br />• Establish implementation database instances <br />• Conduct technical training <br />• Provide technical assistance for the project <br />Edmunds & Associates Conversion Specialist — Role and Responsibilities <br />The Conversion Specialist is assigned by our Vice President of Development and works under the direction of the <br />Director of Support Services. The Conversion Specialist supports development of data conversions. <br />Responsibilities in the MCSJ Implementation Project <br />The Conversion Specialist must: <br />• Only undertake work authorized by the Director of Support Services <br />• If modifications are included in the scope of the project, help ensure that the specification for the proposed <br />modification is complete and well documented, and that it follows Edmunds & Associates standard <br />programming practices <br />• Confirm that the specification of modification is feasible <br />• Help develop the modification to meet requirements specified in this SOW <br />• Keep the Software Application Specialist, and Director of Support Services informed about the status of each <br />assignment <br />• Report expected or actual deviations from the project schedule and /or budget, as well as other problems to <br />the Director of Support Services and Software Application Specialist <br />Edmunds & Associates Project Quality Consultant — Role and Responsibilities <br />The Project Quality Consultant is assigned to the project by our Director of Support Services. <br />Responsibilities in the MCSJ Implementation Project <br />• Together with the assigned staff from the City of Eustis, perform quality audits on project deliverables <br />• Verify that the project Deliverables are completed <br />• Issue Audit Reports to the steering committee, including findings and prioritized recommendations <br />• Present constructive comments and recommendations with objectivity <br />Actively monitor the project <br />Manage the software modifications process <br />Describe modification functionality and manage the specification <br />Supervise / follow up on development of modifications <br />Test developed modifications before they are delivered to City of Eustis <br />Liaison with Conversion Specialist and Software Applications Specialist <br />43 <br />
