10 <br />Catering Kitchen 112 <br />117. Inside the Catering Kitchen there shall be 2 cooking "islands" (cooking stove and food <br />preparation) and each area shall receive a dedicated UHD PTZ camera suspended from the <br />ceiling. Each camera shall be controlled via 7" Crestron control touch screen located on the wall <br />by the chef. Via Crestron system programming, AV integrator shall provide full pan, tilt and <br />zoom functionality as well as quick access camera presets via Crestron control touch screen for <br />each camera. Each camera feed shall be routable to either or all 3 displays via local Crestron <br />control touch screen. Furthermore, each camera feed shall also be routable to the Banquet Hall <br />projectors along with either laptop connections (wireless or wired) but only from the Crestron <br />control touch screen located at the AV racks, and operated by the authorized AV staff. <br />118. At the wall closest to the Chef's cooking stove, AV integrator shall install 49" UHD <br />display that shall be used as Chef's confidence monitor and for previewing either camera feed. <br />Behind the 49" display, GC shall install an in -wall enclosure provided by the AV integrator and as <br />per architect's drawings and guidance, that shall house Crestron scaler / display controller and <br />AC power outlet. <br />119. Crestron 7" control touch screen shall be installed near the Chefs confidence monitor. <br />Exact location shall be coordinated with GC and architect. Required POE LAN connection shall be <br />provided by GC or others. Its discrete bezel buttons shall be programmed accordingly. Proximity <br />sensor used for screen wake up shall be enabled. Touch screen shall require POE+ LAN <br />connection provided by AV vendor via POE+ injector. <br />120. Crestron 7" control touch screen shall allow for routing of the following audiovisual <br />sources: Cable TV, Crestron AirMedia wireless presentation, Chefs HDMI wall plate and 2 PTZ <br />camera feeds via presets only (also located inside the Catering Kitchen). It shall also allow <br />independent control of the Chef's microphone and program audio in the Cooking Classroom. <br />121. There shall be no speakers installed anywhere inside the Catering Kitchen area. <br />122. Chefs area shall also feature HDMI wall access plate that shall allow laptop connectivity <br />and ability to present on its confidence monitor as well both displays located inside the Cooking <br />Classroom (display selection shall be done via Crestron control touch screen). <br />123. Even though these 2 areas are connected via AV common equipment, the system shall <br />allow for completely independent operation of each area. <br />124. Wireless presentation (Crestron AirMedia) shall also be possible via any device <br />connected to the local W1-Fi network. AV vendor shall assist City IT staff with LAN setup of this <br />device. <br />125. Vacancy sensor shall be installed at the ceiling tile area and it shall allow for the AV <br />system to shutoff automatically 15 minutes upon room vacancy (exact time shall be coordinated <br />with the City). <br />126. Single wireless lavaliere microphone shall be available for the Chef's convenience and its <br />antennas shall be extended to the ceiling area above the acoustical ceiling tiles. In addition to <br />the lavaliere mic element, headband type mic shall also be provided. When not in use, all <br />wireless microphone elements shall be stored away inside the drawer with customizable foam <br />located at the AV rack. Elements shall be clearly labeled based on the room they belong to. <br />127. Chefs microphone shall be routable to the Cooking Classroom audience via Crestron <br />control touch screens inside the Cooking Classroom as well as Catering Kitchen.
