Cooking Classroom 111 <br />106. AV integrator shall install two of the 65" UHD displays inside the Cooking Classroom. <br />Displays shall be mounted onto the articulating arms with the ability to be extended away from <br />the wall up to 45 degrees. <br />107. Displays mounting elevations shall be coordinated with the architect and GC. Both <br />displays shall have recessed wall cavities built around them to provide a flush appearance. GC <br />shall provide an adequate wall backing to support the displays while extended away from the <br />wall. <br />108. Both displays shall also have in -wall enclosures behind them as per the Bill of Materials, <br />that shall be supplied by the AV integrator and installed by the GC/EC. Each in -wall enclosure <br />shall feature electrical outlet and space for Crestron scaler / display controller. In -wall <br />enclosures behind the 65" displays shall be black in color and shall have covers installed on them <br />to preserve clean look and hide the inside content while the mounting arms are extended. <br />109. 65" UHD displays shall be used for the presentation to the classroom attendees to <br />provide better view of the food preparation counter (left display) and cooking stove (right <br />display) that are located inside the Catering Kitchen. Displays shall also be used for wireless or <br />wired presentation via laptop or any other AV devices connected to the HDMI wall access plates. <br />110. Crestron HDMI wall access plate shall be installed by the AV integrator near the counter <br />window. Exact location shall be coordinated with GC and architect. <br />111. Wireless presentation (Crestron AirMedia) shall also be possible via any device <br />connected to the local Wi-Fi network. AV vendor shall assist City IT staff with LAN setup of this <br />device. <br />112. Crestron 7" control touch screen shall be installed near the counter window. Exact <br />location shall be coordinated with GC and architect. Required POE LAN connection shall be <br />provided by GC or others. <br />113. Crestron 7" control touch screen shall allow for routing of the following audiovisual <br />sources: Cable TV, Cooking Classroom HDMI wall plate, Crestron AirMedia wireless presentation, <br />Chef's HDMI wall plate (located inside the Catering Kitchen) and 2 PTZ camera feeds via presets <br />only (also located inside the Catering Kitchen). It shall also allow independent control of the <br />Chef's microphone and program audio in the room. <br />114. AV integrator shall install 6 flush mounted ceiling speakers in accordance to the <br />architectural detail. Speakers shall be tapped at their highest 70V wattage rating. During the <br />construction phase, speakers' mud -rings shall be provided by the AV vendor and installed by GC. <br />115. Vacancy sensor shall be installed at the ceiling tile area and it shall allow for the AV <br />system to shutoff automatically 15 minutes upon room vacancy (exact time shall be coordinated <br />with the City). <br />116. Evoko Liso room scheduling touch screen shall be installed on the wall by the main <br />entrance at 60" AFF or as per architect's drawings and guidance. AV vendor shall assist City IT <br />staff with room scheduling system setup and integration with mail server. <br />Appendix A - AV Overview and Scope of Work <br />
