Coordinate work with other operations and installation of adjacent surfaces to avoid <br />damage of installed materials. <br />B. Coordinate work with adjacent floor, wall, and ceiling construction to accommodate <br />frame anchorage, system track, and hardware. <br />1.12 WARRANTY <br />A. Submit, for Owner’s acceptance, manufacturer’s standard warranty document <br />executed by authorized company official. Manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, <br />and not a limitation of, other rights Owner may have under Contract Documents. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.1 MANUFACTURER <br />A. Source Limitations: Obtain Offset Glazed Partition System and Telescopic Glass Wall <br />System from single source from single manufacturer. <br />B. Basis-of-Design Product: Provide Muraflex; MIMO Offset Glazed Partitions or <br />comparable products by the following: <br />1. Pradere Office Products; Mono. <br />C. Basis-of-Design Product: Provide Muraflex; EXPO Telescopic Glass Wall System or <br />comparable products by the following: <br />1. Pradere Office Products; Mono. <br />2.2 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Surface-Burning Characteristics: Comply with ASTM E 84; testing by a qualified <br />testing agency. Identify products with appropriate markings of applicable testing <br />agency. <br />1. Flame-Spread Index: 25 or less. <br />2. Smoke-Developed Index: 450 or less. <br />2.3 MATERIALS <br />A. Aluminum Components: Conforming to ASTM B221-08 Standard Specification for <br />Aluminum and Aluminum‐ Alloy Extruded Bars, Rods, Wire, Profiles, and Tubes <br />B. Glass: Provide fully tempered glass (Kind FT) complying with ASTM C1036 and ASTM <br />C1048 requirements, including glass indicated by reference to type, class, and quality.
