Strategic Alliances / Sponsorships
TASK: State what experience the Firm has with the development of creative or non- traditional strategic alliances/sponsorships (i.e. industries outside of the travel business) to implement PR programs. State what experience the firm has with measurement of PR results.
Bootcamp & Brews
As part of Jacober Creative’s work with the Town of Surfside, we developed a new event, Bootcamp & Brews.
This combined a welcoming social fitness event that fit Surfside’s tourism marketing campaign – “Fit for
Families, Fabulous for Everyone,” with a post-workout beer sampling event. Jacober was the lead in soliciting
sponsors and managing this successful event. This is a portion of the marketing kit we created.
Peekaboo Ice Cream
As part of our work with Peekaboo Ice Cream, we oversee and lead the public relations team in Los Angeles.
We worked on creating and leveraging relationships in multiple markets, and securing press and actual
earned media. Some of those secured spots include KTLA Los Angeles, national coverage on the Today
Show as well local coverage in Miami on WSVN-TV’s Deco Drive. We were able to establish brand partnership
linking, which allowed the client to capitalize on other brand’s giveaways and tap into their audience, and
use email via new third party apps. We expanded Peekaboo’s brand awareness through in-person tastings in
several markets (New York, Miami, Northern California, Denver), and increased her social media presence by
establishing relationships with online influencers.
INFLUENCER EVENT
KTLA APPEARANCE
RFP — No. 19-07-02 RFP — No. 19-07-02 Strategic ThinkingStrategic Thinking 103 102
