He said the purpose of this Ordinance is to provide design flexibility for parcels within the NIU -R District which is basically the east side of Collins Avenue providing that a fee of S 1:000.000.00 or $500,000.00 is paid to the City for maintenance of public access, streetscape and park improvements. Properties that are eligible for this design flexibility have between 211 feet to 299 feet of frontage along Collins Avenue.
