Quality in <br />Satisfactory <br />0 <br />relation to written correspondence was good with few errors. <br />Department personnel encountered issues with the overall quality of the written correspondence or <br />Unsatisfactory <br />overall timeliness of contract document submittal. <br />0 <br />Overall quality control from a corresponden celpaperwork aspect was not met. Excessiveprompting <br />from Department personnel for required documentation was required and the correction of substandard <br />Poor <br />low quality work was necessary. Contractor failed to submit required documents such as Form 21-A <br />0 <br />within allowable time. <br />Poor <br />0 <br />Notes & Comments <br />The Contractor submitted quality and accurate documentation consistently. Contractor was <br />0 <br />self-sufficient requiring no help from the Department. <br />Satisfactory <br />Contractor consistently performed quality work operations according to the contract with few errors. <br />0 <br />Overall quality control in the field was not consistently met. Department personnel were often required <br />Unsatisfactory <br />0 <br />to prompt the Contractor for correction of substandard or low quality work. <br />The Department identified notable errors and failures to meet contract requirements. Overall quality <br />Poor <br />0 <br />control was only met on occasion. <br />Notes & Comments <br />During operations the Contractor provided high quality Quality Control and remained in with the contract documents for <br />the life of the contract. <br />
