• <br /> 2.6 PRICE <br /> _ Progress payments will be made on the basis of hours of work completed during the course of <br /> the engagement and expenses incurred in accordance with the firm's price proposal. If the <br /> • vendor is awarded a contract under this solicitation, the prices proposed by the vendor shall <br /> remain fixed and firm during the initial and renewal term of the contract. <br /> 2.7 MONTHLY INVOICES PAYMENTS <br /> • Cut-off date is the close of the last business day of the month. Vendor shall submit by.the 10th <br /> day.of the following.month vendor's completed Statement of Services/Invoice. Should the 10th <br /> fall on a weekend or holiday, Firm shall submit their invoice on the next workday. <br /> 2.8 PERFORMANCE AND BID BOND <br /> Intentionally Omitted <br /> 2.9 INSURANCE <br /> • <br /> Comprehensive General Liability Insurance on a comprehensive basis in an amount not less than <br /> One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each Occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. <br /> Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the <br /> Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the <br /> Insurance Services Office, and must include: <br /> o Premises and Operation <br /> . o Independent Contractors • <br /> o Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard <br /> o Broad Form Property Damaged <br /> o Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including any hold <br /> harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br /> o Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, with <br /> minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br /> Property Damage Liability. <br /> Automobile Liability Insurance covering all owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles used in <br /> connection with the Services, in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) <br /> Combined Single Limit. Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest <br /> edition of the Business Automobile Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by <br /> the Insurance Services Office, and must include:• V <br /> o Owned Vehicles; <br /> o Hired and Non-Owned Vehicles; <br /> o Employers'Non-Ownership. V <br /> o Professional Liability/Error's &Omissions • <br /> Limits bf Liability <br /> Each Claim $1,000,000, Policy Aggregate $1,000,000 <br /> Before starting the Work, the vendor will file and make sure that all certificates of insurance <br /> required by this document and by the Contract are in the City's possession.
