Bid No. 19-08-02 <br />Janitorial Maintenance Services for City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />10 <br />9/23/19 <br />Use or disclosure of data contained on this sheet is subject to the restriction on the title page of this <br />proposal. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF REQUIREMENTS PLANNING <br />Staff planning involves determining the numbers of required staff for each project <br />phase to include the duration of the personnel requirement, the source of the staff, <br />and the schedule for arrival and departure of the required staff. Our critical task in <br />this step is to ensure that we hire staff with the right set of skills and experiences. <br />With proper planning and coordination with our customer, we will provide additional <br />training support that our janitors need in order to succeed. Every skill critical to the <br />completion of assigned deliverables has been identified and assessed in terms of the <br />level of skill required and our janitors will meet or exceeds all of the stated <br />requirements and qualifications. <br />STAFF / PERSONNEL ACQUISITION <br />Position descriptions and minimum qualifications will be prepared and processed <br />through Human Resources channels. The Project Manager coordinates with JOliva <br />Human Resources to determine the appropriate staff classification, advertise the <br />position, schedule the interviews, and select the staff. <br />PERSONNEL TRAINING <br />When new staff joins the project, our Program Manager, who is also our Training <br />Manager for our janitorial staff will schedule and ensure the delivery of corporate <br />and contract training prior to the employees start date at the place of performance. <br />Training includes, but is not limited to: <br />Figure 1.1: JOliva Staffing Management Process <br />The staff management process for the project <br />will ensure that the Government has a fully <br />qualified Janitors, on the job with the proper <br />training and oversight to enable consistent <br />positive results and mission accomplishment. <br />
