Upon final completion, the proposerr shall thhoroughly cleean up all areas where work has beeen involved as mutuallyy agreed with the asssociated useer departmentt’s project maanager. 2.16NNOTIFICATIOON TO BEGIIN WORK SHHALL BE GIVVEN THROUGGH A NNOTICE TO PPROCEED: The proposer shall neither commenceaany work, nor enter a Cityy work premise, until a wwritten Notice to Procceed (NTP) diirecting the pproposer to proceed with tthe work hass been receivved by thhe proposer from any aauthorized City manager or his desiggnee represeentative; proovided hoowever, that such notificattion shall be ssuperseded bby any emergeency work thaat may be reqquired inn accordance with provisionns included elsewhere in this solicitationn and resultant contract. 2.17WWARRANTYSSHALL BE SUUPPLIED INN WRITTEN FFORM A.Typeoof Warranty CCoverage Required The prroposer shall provide a copy of its writtten warranty certificateswwith its initial offer, or upoon request froom the City.
