Correccting Defects eer Warranty <br />Covered Und <br />The prroposer shall be responsibble for prompptly correctingg any deficieency, at no coost to <br />the Cieeven (7) caleendar days after the City notifies the proposer offsuch <br />ty, within s <br />deficieency in writin. If the prroposer fails to satisfy thhe warranty within the pperiod <br />specified in the nootice, the Cityy may (a) plaace the propposer in default of its conntract, <br />and/orr (b) procure the products or services frrom another ssource and chharge the prooposer <br />for anny additional aare incurred by the City for this work or items; <br />costs that either <br />througgh a credit meemorandum oor through invvoicing. <br />2.18DDEFICIENCIEES IN WORKK TO BE CORRRECTED BYY THE PROPOOSER <br />The proposer shall promptlly correct all apparent andd latent deficciencies and/oor defects in work, <br />annd/or any woork that fails tto conform too the contract documentsrregardless of project comppletion <br />sttatus. All corrrections shall be made wiithin seven (77) calendar daays after such rejected deefects, <br />deeficiencies, annd/or non-conformances aare verbally reeported to the proposer byy the City's pproject <br />addministrator, who may confirm all suchh verbal repoorts in writingg. The propooser shall beaar ALL <br />coosts of correccting such rejeected work. If the proposser fails to corrrect the work within the pperiod <br />sppecified, the City may, att its discretioon, notify thee proposer, inn writing, thaat the propooser is <br />suubject to conttractual defauult provisions if the correcttions are not completed too the satisfacttion of <br />thhe City withinn seven (7) caalendar days of receipt off the notice. If the propooser fails to coorrect <br />thhe work withinn the period sspecified in thhe notice, thee City shall plaace the propooser in defaultt. <br />2.19FURNISH ANND INSTALL REQUIREMEENTS <br />The specificatioons and/or sttatement of wwork containeed within this solicitation deescribe the vaarious <br />fuunctions and classes of wwork requiredd as necessaary for the ccompletionoof the work. Any <br />ommissions of iinherent techhnical functioons or classees of work wwithin the speecifications aand/or <br />sttatement of wwork shall noot relieve thee proposer froom furnishingg, installingoor performingg such <br />wwork where required to the satisfactory ccompletion off the project. <br />2.20 FEEGULATIONSS <br />EDERAL AND STATE R <br />The successfull Proposer shaall comply witth all federal, state and loccal rules. <br />2.21LIICENSES, PEERMITS ANDD FEES <br />The proposer shall obtain aand pay for aall licenses, ppermits and innspection feees required foor this <br />prroject; and shall comply wwith all laws, ordinances,regulations aand buildingccode requiremments <br />appplicable to tthe work conntemplated heerein.
