City or the prooposer for faillure to obtainn required liceenses, permitts or fines shaall be borne bby the <br />prroposer. <br />2.22LIIQUIDATEDD DAMAGES FOR INCOMMPLETE PROOJECTS <br />Faailure to complete the projject in accorddance with thee specificationns and to thee satisfaction oof the <br />City within the time stateed shall causse the vendoor to be subbject to charrges for liquidated <br />daamages in tthe amount of $400.00 for each annd every callendar day tthe work remains <br />inncomplete.As compensation due the CCity for loss off use and for additional costs incurred bby the <br />City due to suuch non-comppletion of thee work, the CCity shall havve the righttto deduct thee said <br />liqquidated dammages from aany amount ddue, or that may becomee due to the vendor undeer this <br />aggreement, or to invoice thhe vendor forr such damagges if the cossts incurred eexceed the ammount <br />duue to the venndor. <br />2.23WWEEKLY PROOGRESS REPPORTS <br />The City shall require that tthe successfuul proposer prrovide weeklyy progress repports on the sstatus <br />off the project.
