Principal in Charge. <br />Structural design of two sail-shaped towers connected by a 448-meter elevator mast and spire via pedestrian bridges at three levels. <br />The towers, at 93 and 64 stories accommodate Class-A office space, hotels and apartments. The complex is linked to a central core <br />with a shopping mall, entertainment facilities and a transportation center. The project was the first in Russia to make use of super high- <br />strength concrete technology. Scope also included curtain wall consulting and specialty glass and steel design. Project Manager. <br />As part of a new hospital design, structural design services were provided for a 35 foot steel pedestrian bridge connector to the main <br />hospital. Principal in Charge. <br />Engineer-of-Record for the structural design of a pedestrian bridge and the five-story building. The 73,500-square-foot municipal office <br />building will house chamber of commerce meeting rooms and city officials administration offices. The four-story, precast concrete <br />parking garage will accommodate 600 cars. Connecting the two structures is a seventy-foot long structural steel truss pedestrian <br />bridge. Cost: $38M. Principal in Charge. <br />Structural engineering for a pedestrian bridge spanning approximately 120 feet across Collins Avenue and providing access between <br />the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center and the Atlantic Ocean. With a total length of approximately 200 feet, the bridge is <br />supported on cantilevered arms extending from elevator cores on each side of Collins Avenue.
