<br />reconfigure existing parking lots, access roads, drainage structures, utilities, lighting and sidewalks. Proposed educational amenities may
<br />include observation tower, board walks, walkways, constructed wetlands exhibits, asphalt trails, pavilions, hardscape (i.e. benches, trash
<br />receptacles, drinking fountains) and landscape. A decorative Alligator statue will be constructed within Environmental Educational Center

<br />Designer for providing professional engineering design services for the rehabilitation of three parking lots in the City of Coral Gables. The
<br />City had informed EAC of its intent to implement improvements to the existing lots to alleviate concerns relating to deficient conditions
<br />including storm water ponding issues, ADA compliance, parking lot grading corrections, inadequate lighting levels, pavement
<br />irregularities, aesthetic landscaping upgrades and other visual defects. Furthermore, the City intended to enhance its parking lots by
<br />incorporating elements of sustainability and “green” environmentally friendly features that are consistent with the City’s initiatives.

<br />the City’s hydraulic analyses as part of the City’s Sanitary Sewer Master Plan. The pump stations will require upgrades to allow for the stations
<br />to satisfy the minimum working conditions and comply with jurisdictional and regulatory standards for operations. These pumps are:1) PS 24-
<br />Hospital Station located at NE 16th Avenue and NE 125 St 2) PS 10- Sans Souci 1 located on Canal Drive between NE 117 Rd and NE 118th
<br />Rd 3) PS 12- Sans Souci 3 located on 2100 Sans Souci Blvd. At the intersection of NE 122nd road and Canal Drive, there is ponding issues.
<br />EAC is to regrade the intersection and address the drainage issues with a drainage inlet that connects to the existing drainage system.

<br />Street from SW River Drive to NW 87th Avenue. The scope of work included design of drainage system to collect and discharge into the C6
<br />Canal, design, redefining cross slopes to facilitate drainage, design of complete streets concept (to improve pedestrian and bicycle traffic),
<br />pavement markings, permitting and opinion of cost.

<br />Plaza development. The project is an 8-story residential complex/building comprised of 126 units located along SW 29th Court and SW
<br />9th Street in Miami-Dade County, Fl. The project is part of a 5.7 Acres property where Smathers Phase I has interior renovations being
<br />done and Smathers Phase 2 was recently constructed in 2016. Project scope includes utility relocation, grading and drainage, site
<br />geometry and cross sections. The project also includes new parking areas, potable water main extension, and water service line.
