Proposed educational amenities may <br />include observation tower, board walks, walkways, constructed wetlands exhibits, asphalt trails, pavilions, hardscape (i.e. benches, trash <br />receptacles, drinking fountains) and landscape. The <br />City had informed EAC of its intent to implement improvements to the existing lots to alleviate concerns relating to deficient conditions <br />including storm water ponding issues, ADA compliance, parking lot grading corrections, inadequate lighting levels, pavement <br />irregularities, aesthetic landscaping upgrades and other visual defects. Furthermore, the City intended to enhance its parking lots by <br />incorporating elements of sustainability and “green” environmentally friendly features that are consistent with the City’s initiatives. <br />c. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State)Rehabilitation of City North Miami Wastewater Pump Stations (PS-24, PS-12 and PS-10) – City of North Miami, FL <br />YEARS COMPLETED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />2016 <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />2019 <br />(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief Scope, Size, Cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE [X] Check if project performed with current firmDesigner responsible for the construction oversight of three pump stations owned by the City have been identified with insufficient capacity per <br />the City’s hydraulic analyses as part of the City’s Sanitary Sewer Master Plan. The pump stations will require upgrades to allow for the stations <br />to satisfy the minimum working conditions and comply with jurisdictional and regulatory standards for operations. The project is an 8-story residential complex/building comprised of 126 units located along SW 29th Court and SW <br />9th Street in Miami-Dade County, Fl. The project is part of a 5.7 Acres property where Smathers Phase I has interior renovations being <br />done and Smathers Phase 2 was recently constructed in 2016. Project scope includes utility relocation, grading and drainage, site <br />geometry and cross sections.
