<br />from SW 184th Street (Eureka Drive) to south of US-1/South Dixie Highway and SW 180th Street from Franjo Road to SW 95th Avenue (Park
<br />Drive). The project also includes the construction of three new roads, SW 178th Street, SW 179th Street, and Park Drive. All of these roadways
<br />are part of the Village’s future Central Business District (CBD) and will be designed to be complete streets, including ADA compliant curb ramps,
<br />sidewalks, new bike lanes, new on-street parking, a new traffic circle at the intersection of Franjo Road and SW 181st Terrace and a pedestrian
<br />circle. Additional improvements include landscaping, decorative pavers, new water and sanitary sewer mains, stormwater management
<br />systems, underground utility relocations of FPL Distribution, AT&T and Comcast aerial facilities, reconstruction of damaged driveway aprons,
<br />new striping and paver crosswalks with the Palmetto Bay logo inset, new LED street lights, new street signage, new entryway signage, landscaped medians, clock tower, information kiosks, and street furnishings. Public involvement is also part the project.

<br />grading and new signing and pavement markings. Coordinated with permitting agencies, provided technical specifications and developed an engineering opinion of probable construction cost.
