(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) Widen NW 41St. Street from NW 79th to 87th Ave. – City of Doral, Florida YEARS COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2011 CONSTRUCTION 2012 (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief Scope, Size, Cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE [X] Check if project performed with current firm The project consisted of widen NW 14th Street from a two-lane roadway to a two-lane roadway with a shared turning lane. The project consisted of converting a roadway with a rural section to an urban section. Complete onsite drainage was required to meet the requirements of the Miami-Dade County, Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM). Mr. Borges was responsible for reviewing voltage drop and photometric analyses, plans and QC the lighting plans. d.
