<br />Project Manager responsible for developing a turnkey solution for this arterial traffic management concept. This project’s intent was to minimize
<br />delays and support additional traffic during the MOT phase along the detour route using TSM&O strategies such as real-time traffic monitoring
<br />using temporary closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras; daily travel time data collection and analysis using temporary Wi-Fi devices; and
<br />temporary signal timing modifications at impacted signals along the detour route. Project also included coordination with Project CEI relating to
<br />MOT improvements and coordination with Miami-Dade County Traffic Signal staff for signal timing changes.

<br />representative for the deployment of an adaptive signal control system along NW 119 Street from eastern terminus of SR 924 Gratigny
<br />Parkway (west of NW 32 Avenue) to NW 5 Avenue (east of I-95) and along SR 9/NW 27 Avenue from NW 110 Street to NW 119 Street.
<br />This 3 mile and 15 signalized intersection corridor included next generation traffic signal controller’s upgrade, new video detection
<br />system, new fiber optic cable based communications system, among others. The project procurement documents included development
<br />of PSEMP, ConOps, Request for Proposal, Signalization concept plans, cost estimates, schedules and coordination activities.

<br />Project Manager responsible for developing the project procurement documents and lead owner’s representative for the deployment of an
<br />adaptive signal control system along SW 8 Street from SW 67 Avenue to SW 142 Avenue. The project procurement documents included
<br />development of a Project Systems Engineering Management Plan (PSEMP), Concept of Operations (ConOps), O&M Plan, Request for
<br />Proposal (RFP) and Minimum Technical Requirements. In addition, Girish supported in the development of the Project’s Evaluation Plan,
<br />Community Awareness Plans, Deployment Plans, and a Technical Plan for this Pilot Project. He also supported the Department in planning the
<br />performance metric dashboards for the Pilot Project.
