BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND REVELANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost)

The new pedestrian bridge crossing the Snake Creek (C-9) Canal at Challenger Park in North Miami Beach replaced a timber structure that was
decades old and in dire need of repair. So much so, that the timber structure was closed to traffic for a number of months before its demolition.
EAC Consulting assessed the costs of repairing and continued maintenance versus replacing. The economics overwhelmingly proved that
replacement would be in the City's best interest.

This new structure, scheduled to open for pedestrian traffic in early July 2008, will re-establish a vital link between the communities lining the
banks of the canal seeking to gain access to local houses of worship, schools and all-around general use. The new crossing has design life of
75+ years.

Cost: $750,000 (Construction Cost)

25. FIRMS FROM SECTION INVOLVED WITH THIS PROJECT

a.
