<br />to 12” including DIP, PVC and HDPE at 19 locations across Palm Beach County. Installation of the new segments of waterline
<br />and new interconnections improved system capacity and hydraulic efficiencies, eliminated dead-ends, and reduced water
<br />retention time, resulting in improved water quality. Conducted design team meetings; presented and recorded progress
<br />meetings; set up site visits; reviewed and researched existing data; coordinated with utilities; coordinated with other
<br />County projects; managed the Survey, Geotechnical and Utility Location subconsultant activities; and led the design team
<br />through the 30, 60, 90 and 100% submittal phases, permitting documents, and bidding and construction phase services.

<br />sewer mains and manholes. The stormwater conveyance and management system includes curb and gutter, piping up to
<br />60” RCP, sediment and floatable baffle box, a 30cfs pump station to handle King Tide flooding, and gravity outfall to the
<br />Intracoastal Waterway. The project also entails the redesign of the road cross section to include new sidewalks, driveways
<br />and bike lanes along with raised intersections and roundabouts for traffic calming while preserving trees along the corridor.

<br />Engineer of Record for the $4.5M D/B project, leading design team for the water and wastewater plants. The water plant
<br />includes two Floridan Aquifer wells, a hydrogen sulfite degassifier, bolted steel water storage tanks, a fire pump, VFD high
<br />service pumps, green sand filters, and a sodium hypochlorite disinfection system. The wastewater plant includes two lift
<br />stations, a rotary drum screen, two aerobic reactor tanks, a sludge tank, a dual train GE Zenon Membrane Biological Reactor
<br />(MBR), a chlorine contact chamber, high service reuse pumps, a hydro pneumatic tank, and 14” and 24” Jack and Bore under
<br />the Turnpike to a 12-acre effluent pond. As the EOR during construction, oversaw processing of shop drawings, responded
<br />to RFIs and RAIs from permitting agencies, and prepared CCDs. EOR for lift stations at the Ft. Pierce and Turkey Lake Plazas.

<br />Civil Engineer for the City of Fort Lauderdale program that included the design of over 60,000 LF of sanitary sewer piping,
<br />700 service laterals, 600 LF of sewer force main, 6,000 LF of water main and six lift stations. Deavon was a part of the
<br />design team working on all aspects of the projects, including identifying and planning for utility conflicts, designing sewer
<br />line laterals and manholes, lift station locations and force mains, and plan preparation.
