<br />master plan and design for a $72M D/B project to address sea level rise for the West Avenue Basin, comprising approximately
<br />600 acres of highly urban land use with significant utility conflicts. The project goals are to provide a 10-year level of service
<br />with no flooding of finished floors and will require upsizing of nearly every stormwater pipe system, along with modifying
<br />and upsizing pump stations. The project is raising 1.2 miles of existing roadway elevation by approximately 30 inches and
<br />requires harmonizing streetscape design. The project model is AdICPR Version 4. The utilities being installed include 16,000
<br />LF of water main, 7,050 LF of sanitary gravity sewer, 12,800 LF of storm sewer and an 120,000 GPM stormwater pump
<br />station and outfall.

<br />Construction Inspector responsible for direct contractor oversight for the repairs of the Maintenance Building at Topeekeegee
<br />Yugnee Park. Several columns inside the building were structurally damaged as a result of spalling over the years, and the
<br />concrete slab on grade was damaged due to extensive use of maintenance vehicles. The spalled areas of concrete were
<br />repaired, and the concrete slab on grade was repaired by pressure grouting. Structural engineering services included a
<br />site visit to observe the damage to the existing column and roof support beams, design for replacement of the damaged
<br />structural column, and preparation of Construction Documents, and an Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Costs.
