<br />and HDPE at 19 locations across Palm Beach County. Installation of the new segments of waterline and new interconnections
<br />improved system capacity and hydraulic efficiencies, eliminated dead-ends, and reduced water retention time, resulting in
<br />improved water quality. Directional Drilling was designed for major intersections and tree lined corridors.

<br />and manholes. The stormwater conveyance and management system will include curb and gutter, piping up to 60” RCP,
<br />sediment and floatable baffle box, a 30cfs pump station to handle King Tide flooding, and gravity outfall to the Intracoastal
<br />Waterway. The project also entails the redesign of the road cross section to include new sidewalks, driveways and bike lanes
<br />along with raised intersections and roundabouts for traffic calming, all while preserving the trees along the project corridor.
<br />CES is also providing neighborhood outreach to this very high-profile part of the City. The project also includes new water
<br />mains and sewer collection system. Cost: $6M

<br />Staff Engineer for review and evaluation of two existing hydraulic models and development of an updated Stormwater and
<br />Hydraulic Model of the West Ave Project Basin that included the impacts of the City’s 600-acre Basin from the project east
<br />to the Atlantic Ocean. Modeled using AdICPR4 and included upsizing and design of all curb inlets and yard inlets followed
<br />by significant upsizing and modifications of two pump stations. Created stormwater model and developed a pre vs. post
<br />scenario, along with three alternative stormwater models. The model considered the proposed roadway elevation and the
<br />actual finish floors of each existing structure. A hydraulic grade line was developed and maintained at one foot below the
<br />lowest finish floor elevation. The project includes 16,000 LF of water main, 7,050 LF of sanitary gravity sewer, 12,800 LF of
<br />storm sewer and a 120,000 GPM stormwater pump station and outfall. Cost: $72M
