This property is being <br />developed to accommodate twenty detached residential dwelling units that will be <br />connected to existing water and sewer locations within adjacent right-of-ways and will <br />have on-site parking. The Project Engineer is tasked with site plan assistance, preparation of <br />construction documents, permit application submittals, construction observation and <br />construction contract administration.
