BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />Eleuthera Drive is a residential street with drainage and water di stribution infrastructure. <br />Due to the organic subsurface of this built out street, periodic flooding made it <br />impassable for homeowners to access their garages. On the survey side, Engenuity <br />provided Horizontal Control and Topographic Information. <br /> <br />As the Town Engineer, Engenuity’s responsibilities included many services. Initially, <br />consensus with the residents needed to be addressed. Discussions with the homeowners <br />about their issues was conducted with the Town Manager and Engenuity. Engenuity <br />ultimately designed a raised roadway. Drainage and the Water distribution system <br />involving fire protection needed to be redesigned. Driveways were re-graded and <br />accommodated to meet each homeowner’s expectations. Engenuity provided <br />construction phase services which included contract oversight, observations, and record <br />drawings. <br /> <br /> <br /> 25.
