BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Engenuity Group is working with Robling Architecture for Construction, Inc. to provide all <br />civil engineering design for the replacement of a compromised sewer l ine located <br />underneath the Royal Palm Beach Branch of the Palm Beach County Library System. <br />Engenuity Group has worked with Library Department Staff and the architect to design a <br />Sanitary Sewer Service Line plan to remove and replace the broken line that runs from <br />outside the libraries northern building to the sanitary main located within the Civic Center <br />Way right-of-way. Construction plans also include details and specifications necessary for <br />contractor. <br /> <br />Engenuity Group has also prepared a topographic survey of the area located outside of <br />the Library’s northern building on Civic Center Way where the existing line runs extending <br />to the building and through the parking area. Data collected includes inverts at <br />manholes and cleanouts and all other above ground improvements. Engenuity Group is <br />also the project manager for the contractor that will remove and install the new sewer <br />line and will oversee the production of record drawings after construction completion. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
