[Type here] <br /> <br />THE OLD FIRE STATION #2 (FIRE STATION #88) <br />SURVEY & CIVIL DESIGN <br />RIVIERA BEACH, FL <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Our survey department produced a topographic survey of <br />the old Fire Station #2 at Barracuda Bay, adjacent to this <br />site, in 2018, under our continuing services contract with the <br />City of Riviera Beach. The scope of this project is to <br />repurpose the old Fire Station #2, which is being <br />redesigned by REG Architects and Engenuity Group. <br /> <br />The scope of our topographic survey included: <br /> <br /> The north side of Blue Heron, 40' to the east inside <br />Barracuda Bay, 40' south of station property, and we <br />will topo the entire open space of the school board <br />grassed lot next door as we will attempt to use this as <br />swing space during construction (as depicted in the <br />aerial above). <br /> <br />Our engineering department is tasked with schematic <br />design, design development, preparation of construction <br />documents, permit application submittals, contractor bid <br />coordination, construction observation, and construction <br />contract administration. <br />CONTACT INFO <br />Terrence N.
