[Type here] <br /> <br />CYPRESS LANE STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT <br />PALM SPRINGS, FL <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />As the Village Engineer, ENGENUITY GROUP assisted the <br />Village with the initial project of necessary stormwater and <br />paving improvements on Cypress Lane. It included paving <br />of parking spaces adjacent to the park, regrading flow <br />lines and installing drainage. <br />As the project progressed additional areas of <br />improvements surfaced or were necessary, which the <br />Village decided to authorize, allocating funds through a <br />CDBG program. We provided surveying and civil design <br />services, including permitting, bidding and construction <br />administration for both the stormwater improvement <br />project and the water main replacement project. <br />The expansion in the scope of work delegated change <br />orders to both design and construction.
