<br />Senior Industrial Hygienist. Terracon conducted a limited indoor air quality (IAQ) assessment of 18 separate locations to establish
<br />an IAQ baseline within the facility. The IAQ parameters measured in designated indoor and outdoor locations included CO, CO2,
<br />temperature, RH, airborne bioaerosols, and surface fungal spores, structures, hyphae, and other particulates. The bioaerosol
<br />samples were collected from representative indoor locations and the outdoor environment using a spore trap sampling technique.
<br />Terracon provided results, conclusions, and recommendations (utilizing a unique algorithmic risk ranking) on the observed
<br />conditions. In addition, Terracon presented the findings in a town -hall type setting in the client's Tallahassee conference Hall. Firm's

<br />be present in Building 1000, to accommodate the planned future development activities at the facility. Building components were
<br />surveyed and homogeneous areas of suspect asbestos -containing materials (ACM) were visually identified and documented.
<br />Suspect ACM samples were collected in general accordance with the sampling protocols outlined in EPA regulation 40 CFR 763
<br />(Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act, AHERA). Asbestos samples were delivered to an accredited laboratory for analysis.

<br />the Central District WWTP located in Miami. The plant was initially constructed in 1966, but it is unknown when the specific structures
<br />were constructed. The estimated SF of the two buildings surveyed is 1,400 SF. The structures consisted of concrete block exterior
<br />walls, poured in place concrete walls atop multiple concrete slabs and concrete ceiling. Our survey was conducted by an Asbestos
<br />Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA)-accredited asbestos inspector. Suspect ACM samples were collected in general
<br />accordance with the sampling protocols outlined in the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulation 40 CFR 763 (AHERA).
