Dr. Horta serves as Senior Geotechnical Engineer in charge of the numerical modeling of the <br />river bluff and bridge foundations included within the 1800 x 2000 feet area of the Mississippi River. Twelve SPT’s were done on land and 3 SPT’s were done in the water. Recommendations were <br />made for the bulkhead, the new building, and a related platform for forklift operations.
