BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Langan provided environmental engineering services and brownfield <br />program evaluation to determine the viability of redeveloping 22 acres of city- <br />owned property that was formerly the Hollywood Incinerator Ash Dump. <br />We prepared a feasibility study that considered various redevelopment <br />scenarios, taking into account the regulatory requirements for developing a <br />contaminated site, geotechnical challenges of developing on a landfill, <br />potential benefits of a Brownfield Site Rehabilitation Agreement, and how <br />well the redevelopment scenarios fit in with the surrounding community. <br />25.
