The site is made up of several buildings, including a two-story administration building, single -story office <br />and storage building, and a boathouse which is a single -story building that houses a repair shop, and storage. The mechanical scope includes replacing existing chiller number 2 and chiller 3, along with the associated cooling <br />towers and primary and condenser water pumps with two new centrifugal chillers. Mechanical systems <br />throughout the building were upgraded to remove the existing exterior chilled water make-up air unit and fan coil units.
