<br />Engineering design services for the renovation of the Station Marathon for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, United
<br />States Coast Guard. The site is made up of several buildings, including a two-story administration building, single -story office
<br />and storage building, and a boathouse which is a single -story building that houses a repair shop, and storage. The scope of
<br />design consists of interior renovation, infrastructure enhancements, fuel farm replacement, exterior lighting replacement and
<br />complementary plumbing, as well as mechanical and electrical power work for all buildings on the campus.

<br />The "O" Building Chiller Plant serves various buildings throughout the campus including the new 50,000 sf WorkForce Training
<br />Center. The mechanical scope includes replacing existing chiller number 2 and chiller 3, along with the associated cooling
<br />towers and primary and condenser water pumps with two new centrifugal chillers. Electrical scope includes replacing the
<br />breakers in Main Distribution Panels (MDP) 1 and 2 serving the chillers, cooling towers, and pumps.

<br />The 10,000 sf radio station building includes a new storefront glass and entryway with new lighting. Mechanical systems
<br />throughout the building were upgraded to remove the existing exterior chilled water make-up air unit and fan coil units. This
<br />provided two new 15 -ton chilled water indoor air handling units with all new supply and return ductwork, VAV terminal boxes
<br />with electric reheat and BAS controls.
