<br />Mr. Eckardt was the project manager and engineer of record for this project which the preparation of specific purpose surveys
<br />at four locations at the Hard Rock Stadium, drainage design and underground utility investigation and design. The project had
<br />a very aggressive schedule, requiring to build two pedestrian bridges and two pedestrian tunnels at the Stadium in anticipation
<br />of the Superbowl LIV. Project also included the drafting and preparation of legal description and sketches for the dedication of
<br />land and aerial easements for the new structures in private property. The project total cost is $16 Millions.

<br />Mr. Eckardt was the Project Manager for the preparation of over 15,000 LF of roadway surveys from Right-of-way (ROW) to
<br />ROW on city of Miami 30 independent street segments, including collection of all above ground features, elevations cross
<br />sections at every 100’, including information for sanitary sewer and drainage structures such as bottom, invert, size and
<br />direction. Mr. Eckardt coordinated with client delivery schedules and assigned survey crews to meet the aggressive schedule.
<br />Mr. Eckardt also conducted QA/QC reviews of deliverables and coordinated the resolution of client comments and requests on
<br />survey drawings.

<br />The Transit Infrastructure & Shelter Improvement at Bus Stops is a multi-year project consisting of improving transit facilities
<br />throughout Broward County. The scope of work for this project can be subdivided into ADA Improvements at Bus Stops, Bus
<br />Shelter Expansion Program, Bus Bay Enhancements and Transit Terminal Improvements. For these projects, Mr. Eckardt has
<br />provided surveying coordination, site condition assessments, engineering support, design and permitting coordination for
<br />sidewalk repair and improvements projects at over 1,000 locations, including ADA compliant pedestrian curb ramps, new bus
<br />shelter site design maintaining proper sight triangle, ADA Accessibility and pedestrian safety.

<br />Mr. Eckardt was the Project Manager for this surveying project to conduct City-wide surveys on 200,000 LF of roadways as
<br />part of the CIP program to improve water and sewer infrastructure and provide additional stormwater management. This
<br />project has been performed with the latest GPS equipment and data collectors, coordinating field crews and office drafting
<br />work to meet the very demanding client schedule of completion. Surveys include ROW to ROW above ground features,
<br />drainage and wastewater structure information, delineation of plats and generating survey drawings. Mr. Eckardt has been
<br />responsible for coordinating field crew schedule and ensure completion dates are met as required by client.

<br />Mr. Eckardt was the Project Manager for implementation of the Department’s GIS system for water and sewer infrastructure,
<br />with the priority of Miami Springs acquired utilities. To achieve this, Mr. Eckardt oversaw six GIS Specialists working at WASD
<br />entering water and sewer information into the WASD GIS System with GAMS and EAMS. Project also includes field data
<br />collection and as-built plans research to collect all the required information necessary for the input of all water and sewer
<br />infrastructure in Miami Springs.
