<br />This project is a multi-year project consisting of designing Transit Improvements throughout Broward County that are to be
<br />compliant with ADA guidelines and regulations. One of the main objectives of the program is to provide ADA accessibility to
<br />thousands of bus stops within the County. The project includes surveying, engineering design for improvements such as
<br />landing pads, shelter pads, curb & gutter, sidewalk restoration, sidewalk transitions, etc. Mr. Rivera’s duties and responsibilities
<br />include the preparation of topographic surveys and hundredths of locations and assist with the computer generated drawings
<br />and engineering design drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.

<br />This project consisted in field data collection and assessment of the existing condition of all the existing sidewalks within the
<br />City of Fort Lauderdale, which consists of over 400 miles of concrete sidewalks. Mr. Rivera was responsible for field data
<br />collection utilizing GPS devices, with picture taking capabilities, that would later sync data collected with the GIS application
<br />developed for this project. Mr. Rivera conducted staff training on new data collection devices and personally assisted in the
<br />calculation of progress utilizing GIS tools build into the GIS application.

<br />This Design-Build project consists of providing ADA compliant bus shelters to 73 locations throughout the cities of Wilton
<br />Manors, Oakland Park and Pompano Beach, in Broward County. Mr. Rivera was the CAD Manager on this project responsible
<br />for setting up all drawings on this project, including topographic surveys and engineering drawings. This project required the
<br />coordination between the design team consisting of civil engineers, structural engineers, electrical engineers, shelter
<br />manufacturer and our surveying team. Mr. Rivera also assisted the field crew on this project by helping in the field data
<br />collection operation to be able to meet the strict schedule requirements set by the Design-Build Team.

<br />This project included the topographic route surveys for over 200,000 LF of roadway to receive water and sewer improvements
<br />as part of the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) throughout the City of Opa-Locka. Mr. Rivera assisted in field data
<br />collection as survey crew member, and later on the drafting of collected data and the production of survey drawings,
<br />representing all ROW data, property information, above ground features, manholes and elevations.

<br />This project was to provide roadway intersection improvements at five different roadway intersections throughout Miami-Dade
<br />County. Mr. Rivera was tasked with collecting field data and drafting the topographic surveys which required the completion
<br />of five separated Specific Purpose Surveys with a very aggressive schedule. Each location included all visible relevant
<br />topographic features along the proposed site area, Right-Of-Way research and preparation, plat research and the submittal
<br />drawing was required to follow standards provided by the Client, including layers, line weights, colors, symbols, as required.
