Steve is responsible <br />for coordinating field drilled shaft <br />inspections, reviewing paperwork for <br />completeness and technical accuracy, <br />tracking and reporting concrete cylinder <br />breaks and coordinating CSL testing on <br />drilled shafts. <br />Port of Miami Tunnel and Access <br />Roadways – Overhead and Cantilever <br />Sign Structures <br />Miami-Dade County, Florida <br />The project included installing several <br />sign structures along roadways for the <br />proposed tunnel construction. Steve was <br />a senior drilled shaft inspector as well <br />as responsible for oversight of all drilled <br />shaft inspection operations, coordinating <br />field drilled shaft inspections, reviewing <br />paperwork for completeness and <br />technical accuracy, tracking and reporting <br />concrete cylinder breaks and coordinating <br />CSL testing on drilled shafts. <br />SR 826 Improvements Section 5 <br />Miami-Dade County, Florida <br />The project includes complete <br />reconstruction of the SR 836 and SR 826 <br />interchange. Steve provided pile driving <br />inspection services on an as-needed basis <br />for bridge construction. <br />NW 36th Street Bridge Reconstruction <br />over the Miami River <br />Miami-Dade County, Florida <br />The project includes complete <br />reconstruction of the NW 36th Street <br />bascule bridge over the Miami River. <br />Steve provided pile driving inspection <br />services on an as-needed basis for bridge <br />construction. <br />Broward County Mast Arm <br />Conversion (Group 1) <br />Broward County, Florida <br />The project included installation of <br />mast arms for 20 intersections. Steve <br />is responsible for coordinating field <br />drilled shaft inspections and reviewing <br />paperwork for technical accuracy. <br />Steve Jaime, EI <br />Staff Engineer <br />Steve Jaime has eight years of field experience in the geotechnical industry <br />and is responsible for helping project managers and project engineers prepare <br />geotechnical reports for both public and private sector projects. He has experience <br />inspecting and overseeing the installation of various foundation systems for bridges, <br />walls, signs, buildings, lighting, and utilities. His foundation systems inspection and <br />testing experience includes spread footings, driven piles, drilled shafts, auger-cast <br />piles, helical piles, and other structural components. Steve also has experience <br />with installation and recording data from geotechnical instrumentation, including <br />piezometers, thermistors, inclinometers and extensometers.
