<br />Senior Marine Biologist. Ms. Floyd manages all environmental permitting, compliance tracking, agency coordination,
<br />development of biological monitoring plans, survey coordination, data analysis and report preparation in support of beach
<br />nourishment and coastal structure projects on Anna Maria Island. She conducts annual biological monitoring of
<br />hardbottom and artificial reefs and provides public outreach on behalf of the County to support their coastal program.
<br />Senior Marine Biologist. Ms. Floyd oversees permitting and agency coordination for the beach nourishment projects in
<br />Panama City Beach. Under a previous firm she obtained a permit modification for the 2013/14 project, which allowed Bay
<br />County to construct their project utilizing offshore dredged sand or upland truck hauled sand. She also assisted with
<br />permit compliance and lighting survey coordination. She is currently coordinating with agencies for the upcoming project.
<br />Senior Marine Biologist. Ms. Floyd is responsible for state and federal environmental permitting, agency coordination,
<br />development of environmental monitoring plans, and permit compliance tracking for beach nourishment projects on Lido
<br />Key. Under a previous firm she managed the seagrass mitigation plan development for the federal Lido Key HSDR
<br />Project and she is currently assisting with the implementation of and surveys for the seagrass transplantation project.
<br />Senior Marine Biologist. Ms. Floyd's responsibilities include environmental permitting, agency coordination, development
<br />of monitoring plans, survey coordination, data analysis and report preparation, and permit compliance tracking. At a
<br />previous firm she prepared environmental documents in support of NEPA, ESA Section 7 Consultation, and the
<br />Magnuson-Stevens Act and conducted biological surveys of natural hardbottom and artificial reef habitats.
<br />Senior Marine Biologist. At a previous firm, Ms. Floyd assisted with permitting and preparation of an Environmental
<br />Assessment for the Sector 5 Beach and Dune Restoration Project and conducted a hardbottom reconnaissance survey
<br />and third party review of the County’s UMAM mitigation analysis for the Sector 3 Beach and Dune Restoration Project.
<br />She is currently implementing the hardbottom biological monitoring for the Sector 5 Beach and Dune Restoration Project.
