<br />GBTS understands that there are emergency projects where timing is important and the field work has been
<br />performed as soon as the same day of the request from the school board project manager without a Purchase Order.

<br />Our staff of professionals has worked together as a team for the past three

<br />abridged bios of our Key staff that will be directly involved for this project
<br />with the City Management and Staff. Following, you will find our SF330 Part
<br />I and Part II, including our Teams full resumes and current licensing and
<br />certification in order to execute any project work requested.

<br />Due Diligence/Assessments/Brownfields/Engineering-Related Projects:
<br />• Mr. Craig Clevenger, PG, will serve as the Project Manager for the hazardous Substance, Environmental Si te
<br />Assessments and Phase I and Phase II Projects. Mr. Clevenger has over 30 years of experience with similar-scope,
<br />large environmental projects, for example, management of the City of Fort Lauderdale General Environmental
<br />Services (1998 to 2018), the City of Fort Lauderdale Brownfields Pilot Grant Contract (2001 & 2002), and City of
<br />Miami Brownfields Contract (2000 – 2003). Prior to joining GBTS (formerly EE&G/Evans) in 1997, Mr. Clevenger
<br />also managed key aspects of the Miami-Dade County DERM-04 Environmental Contract, and two Dade County
<br />Aviation Department (DCAD) Environmental Contracts. Mr. Clevenger also worked within City of Miami’s
<br />Department of Economic Development in 2004, during which he prepared the amendment to expand the
<br />designated Brownfields Area, and prepared applications for Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields
<br />Grants. Based on Mr. Clevenger’s direct efforts, the EPA awarded the City of Miami a $400,000 Brownfields
<br />Assessment Grant (Little Haiti Area), and two $200,000 Brownfields Remediation Grants (Model City Trust
<br />petroleum sites). Also, Mr. Clevenger is EE&G’s Hazardous Substance Practice Director. His expertise includes
<br />having secured Targeted Brownfields Assessment grants from the FDEP on two privately -owned Brownfields Sites
<br />(Tallahassee RI, LLC Brownfields Site, and A,R & J SOBE, LLC Brownfields Site). Mr. Clevenger will be responsible for
<br />technical and administrative direction of project managers and subcontracted services, and will manage the
<br />Brownfields aspects of the project, including the Site Assessment, Remedial Design, Risk Assessment, grant
<br />research, and regulatory agency liaison. This single point of contact will allow each aspect of the project to
<br />proceed without delay and enhance communication with the City representatives.

<br />• Mr. Adam Brosius will serve as a Project Professional and Environmental Field Manager, who will hit the ground
<br />running due to his experience of due diligence and site assessment-related projects. Mr. Brosius has over 22
<br />years of project management experience in environmental science and client consulting. Mr. Brosius, has
<br />managed many large projects since the early 2000’s and developed an intimate knowledge, for example, the City
<br />of Fort Lauderdale; that truly makes him an expert in the ass essment of historical recognized environmental
<br />conditions and a key technical professional for this contract. Past similar projects have included sites such as the
<br />Main Police Station in Fort Lauderdale, Mills Pond, Lincoln Park, the Sistrunk Plant A Trans fer Station, the Five Ash
<br />& Peele Dixie WWTP and outlying pump stations, City Parks (Oswald, Guthrie Blake, Walker, Lauderdale Manor)
<br />and the Lockhart Stadium. He has supervised numerous assessment projects including all aspects of field
<br />management for well installations, soil and groundwater sampling and delineation, source removal, tank closures,
<br />construction health and safety, and rotary, sonic and direct-push drilling. Mr. Brosius also specializes in Phase I and
